NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION TO INVOLUNTARILY TERMINATE PARENTAL RIGHTS In Re: Mace Kingston Miles, a minor, No. CP-02-AP-043-2020, in the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. To: Acely Lynn Miles a/k/a Acely Miles a/k/a Acely L. Miles a/k/a Lynn Miles, Robert Jones a/k/a Robert Jones, Sr. a/k/a Robert Johns a/k/a Robert M. Jones a/k/a Robert McKinley Jones a/k/a Bobby Kennedy, John Charles Williams a/k/a John Williams a/k/a Vega Williams a/k/a John C. Williams a/k/a William Charles, Uler Myers a/k/a Uler Lee Myers, Jr. a/k/a Uler Lee Myers a/k/a Uler L. Myers a/k/a Yler L. A Petition has been filed asking the court to put an end to all rights you have to your child, Mace Kingston Miles. The court has set a hearing to consider ending your rights to your child. That hearing will be held on Friday, June 25, 2021, at 1:00 p.m., prevailing time, before the Honorable Dwayne D. Woodruff. This hearing will not take place in the courthouse, but will be proceeding via telephone or video conferencing.
