REQUEST FOR BIDS Separate and sealed bids will be received by Rivers of Steel Heritage Corp. at the Bost Building, 623 E. Eighth Ave, Homestead, PA 15120, until 11:00 a.m., October 9, 2015 when the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Includes, but not limited to, furnishing of all materials, eqpt, supplies, and labor required for parking lot and site improvements at the ROS Pump House facility. Includes milling, repaving, and line striping the existing paved parking lot, installing concrete walkway areas and trench drains, installing wheel stops, a section of wedge curb, and removable bollards, constructing a bioswale and rain garden, installing and maintaining erosion and sediment controls, and any other incidentals in accordance with the plans. An alternate bid item, a tar and chip treatment, is also being solicited for this contract. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on September 30, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the project site: 880 East Waterfront Dr, Munhall, PA 15120.
