ROSS TOWNSHIP OFFICIAL NOTICE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Commissioners of the Township of Ross, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, at a public meeting to be held on the 3rd day of AUGUST 2015, at 7:30 P.M. Prevailing Local Time, at the Ross Township Municipal Building, 1000 Ross Municipal Drive, will conduct a public hearing to consider the enactment of the following proposed Ordinances: Ordinance No. 2354 - Amending the Ross Township Code of Ordinances at Chapter 27 (Zoning), Part 11, Planned Residential Development, §1106.3 and §1106.4. Ordinance No. 2355 - Amending Ross Zoning Ordinance, establishing definitions for solar photovoltaic systems incorporating new sections to permit certain solar photovoltaic systems as accessory uses in any zoning district and by adding provisions for the permitting of certain solar photovoltaic systems. The complete text of said proposed Ordinance may be examined in the Office of the Township Secretary daily during regular business hours.
