BOROUGH OF GREEN TREE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE BE ADVISED that a public hearing will be held on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. prevailing time at the Green Tree Municipal Center located at 10 W. Manilla Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15220 for the following applicants: ZHB-06-2015 Applicant, PNC Bank, National Association, acting as agent for KDH Holdings, LLC, owner of property known as Lot & Block 18-K-125, located at 1011 Alcon St., a portion of which is located in Green Tree Borough, is requesting a continuation of the variance previously granted by ZHB-02-2012 from the following sections of the Borough of Green Tree Codified Ordinances to keep the temporary structure at the location closer to the right-of-way line for Parish St. than permitted by Borough Ordinances. The temporary structure is proposed to be in place for an additional 36 months. 1. Chapter 420, Article XXI, Section 420-167(A) which limits the duration of a temporary building incidental to the erection of a building or structure to 12 months. Applicant is requesting a duration of 36 months. 2. Chapter 420, Article XVI, Section 420-126(A)(1)(a) which requires a 35 foot front yard along Parish St. The temporary structure will be located 10 feet from the right-of-way line for the Parish St. Documents and materials are on file in the Green Tree Municipal Center, 10 W.
