OFFICIAL BOROUGH OF FRANKLIN PARK NOTICE TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council of the Borough of Franklin Park, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, at a regular meeting to be held September 16, 2015, at 8:00 p.m. prevailing local time, at the Franklin Park Municipal Building, 2344 West Ingomar Road, intends to consider the following: (1) Subdivision Application SS-15-08-06 filed by CGR Real Estate, LLC for the CGR Lot Consolidation Plan, a minor subdivision to consolidate two lots into one lot at the properties located at 2570 Aldon Drive and Lorrick Lane in the R-2 and M-2 zoning districts; and (2) Land Development Application LPF-15-05-01 filed by CGR Real Estate, LLC for 1823 Franklin Park, an apartment complex site of 120 dwelling units in 3 buildings, located on Lorrick Lane in the M-2 zoning district. The applications may be examined in the Building Inspection/Zoning office, during regular business hours.
