PENNDOT PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE PLANS DISPLAY MEETING STATE ROUTE 3048, SECTION A17 Noblestown Road Over Scotts Run Bridge Replacement Project The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PENNDOT) District 11-0, in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration, is conducting a Public Open House Plans Display Meeting for the S.R. 3048 Section A17 Bridge Replacement Project that carries Noblestown Road over Scotts Run located in Collier Township, Allegheny County. An overview of the project will be presented through a display of plans. A brief presentation will be made at the beginning of the meeting and members of the design team will be on hand to answer questions about the project and gather feedback.
