ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS For Snow Plowing and Salting at Various Locations For The North Allegheny School District The North Allegheny School District is receiving bids on the following Contract: Snow Plowing and Salting at Various Locations North Allegheny School District, the Owner, will receive sealed Bids for the above contract until the time and date and at the place scheduled below. The Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Conference Room of the Facilities/Transportation Offices. The clock in the Board Room will determine prevailing time for receipt of bids. The District invites interested parties to attend. BID DUE DATE: September 11, 2015 PROJECT BID DUE TIME: Snow Plowing and Salting at Various Locations 1:00 PM, Prevailing Time PLACE OF RECEIPT: North Allegheny School District, Facilities Department, c/o Mr. Robert F. Gaertner, P.E., Director of Facilities PLACE OF OPENING: Facilities/Transportation Offices, Conference Room, 400 Hillvue Lane, Pittsburgh, PA 15237 TIME OF OPENING: Bid Due Time listed above Bidders may obtain one complete set of the Bidding Documents for these Projects by contacting Mr. Cutis Griffith, North Allegheny School District, 400 Hillvue Lane, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, (412) 369 5432. A non-refundable deposit of $20.00 per set is required for the bidding documents for the Snow Plowing and Salting, and must be in the form of a corporate or business check made payable to "North Allegheny School District" and brought to the Facilities Department at the above address. If the bidding documents are to be mailed, the deposit amount will be $40.00. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Bid received. Bids will be received from Bidders who have registered with North Allegheny School District Facilities Department and purchased a complete set of Bidding Documents as a Prime Bidder. Registration is required to ensure Bidders receive Addenda and Bid-related correspondence. The Bidding Documents will not be accepted for return at the receipt of Bids.
