PUBLIC NOTICE Public Hearing Regarding Cable Franchise Renewal for Consolidated Communications Notice is hereby given by the North Hills Council of Governments, on behalf of the member municipalities listed, as follows: Borough of Bradford Woods, Township of Hampton, Township of Indiana, Township of Marshall, Town of McCandless, Township of Pine, Township of Richland, Township of West Deer will convene a multi- municipal public hearing regarding cable franchise renewal with Consolidated Communications. The public hearing will take place on September 16, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Assembly Room of the Richland Township Municipal Building located at 4019 Dickey Road, Gibsonia, PA 15044. Citizens are invited to testify. The purpose of the public hearing is to review the past performance of the cable operator and to identify the Township's future cable-related needs.
