LEGAL AD MUNICIPALITY OF PENN HILLS PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING On Thursday, February 23, 2017, The Planning Commission of the Municipality of Penn Hills will meet at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 12245 Frankstown Road, to consider the following: DISCUSSION The Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG), the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Programs through the Allegheny County HOME Consortium, and the housing, community development, and economic development needs of the Municipality of Penn Hills, PA will be discussed. This meeting is the first of three meetings that will be held to discuss the CDBG and HOME Program and an opportunity for citizens to become involved in the development of FY 2017 CDBG Year 43 Annual Action Plan. This information will be utilized by the Municipality in its preparation of the plan. The tentative dates of the next two meetings for discussion and public comment are April 17, 2017 and May 1, 2017 at 7:30 PM in the Penn Hills Municipal Building Council Chambers. The tentative date for the final adoption of the FY 2017 CDBG Year 43 Annual Action Plan will follow at the May 1, 2017 meeting of Penn Hills Mayor and Council. Comments and suggestions at all meetings are encouraged. Ordinance 1. An Ordinance of the Municipality of Penn Hills amending sections 7 and 11 of Penn Hills Zoning Ordinance 2420 to clarify the permitted uses in the Industrial Zoning Districts. The above ordinance will also be on the agenda for consideration at the March 20, 2017, Meeting of Mayor and Council at 7:30 PM in the Council Chambers of the Penn Hills Municipal Building, 12245 Frankstown Road for a final decision.
