BOROUGH OF PLUM OFFICIAL NOTICE ZONING HEARING BOARD The Borough of Plum Zoning Hearing Board has scheduled a hearing for Wednesday February 15, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. at the Municipal Building located at 4575 New Texas Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15239. The hearing is as follows: 1. ZHB-201703 - A request from Thomas Houston, owner of 200 Frontenac Rd, zoned R-2, for a rear yard setback variance of 10 feet, related to the proposed construction of a 2-story residential addition. The request does not conform to ordinance 731-04, which requires a minimum rear yard setback of 30 feet. 2. ZHB-201704 - A request from Stacey Stitt, owner of 335 Unity Center Rd, zoned B-1, for a variance of 14 parking spaces. The request does not conform to ordinance 507-93, which stipulates the number of parking spaces needed for a business. 3. ZHB-201705 - A request from Michael Watson, owner of 516 Oblock Ave, zoned R-1, for a variance of 78,059 square feet to keep chickens on the property. The request does not conform to ordinance 507-93 section 203.2, which does not permit fowl on property less than two acres.
