LEGAL NOTICE REMEDIAL INVESTIGATION REPORT, RISK ASSESSMENT REPORT, AND CLEANUP PLAN Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the Act of May 19, 1995, P.L. 4, No. 1995-2 (Act 2), notice is hereby given that KU Resources, Inc., on behalf of North Side Industrial Development Company, will submit to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection a Remedial Investigation Report, Risk Assessment Report, and Cleanup Plan (RIR-RAR-CP) on or about February 10, 2017 for the Phillips Parcels Property, located at 500 and 506 Brushton Avenue in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. The RIR-RAR-CP indicates that, based on the results of the site characterization activities and remedial investigation, risk assessment, and upon implementation of the Cleanup Plan, the Site will have demonstrated attainment of the Site-Specific Standard, and will be eligible to request liability protection under Act 2 from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. The intended future use of the Site is non-residential. This notice is made under the provision of the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the Act of May 19, 1995, P.L. #4, No. 2.
