BRIDGE INSPECTION ACCESS & MPT SERVICES - ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PA HDR is requesting bids for bridge inspection access & MPT services in Allegheny County, PA. Inspections will occur from February thru December, 2017. Access methods include underbridge inspection cranes, manlifts, bucket trucks, and waterborne bridge access methods. Bids are due by 1PM, February 15, 2017 in HDR's Pittsburgh Office located at 11 Stanwix Street, Suite 800, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. HDR reserves the right to reject any or all bids deemed not in conformance with the bid requirements.
