PUBLIC NOTICE As requested by the Department of Environmental Protection, we do hereby give notice that George Hoffmann has submitted a Sewage Facilities Planning Module, Component 3S to Lincoln Borough for the H2H Tavern. This proposal is for the construction of a small flow treatment facility that will include both primary and tertiary treatment and discharge into an unnamed tributary to the Monongahela River. The system will be used to treat the sewage from the existing tavern on a 6.58-acre property located on the east side of Lincoln Boulevard, approximately 260 feet north of the intersection of Lincoln Boulevard and Bellebridge Road in Lincoln Borough, Allegheny County. The anticipated sewage flow from the tavern is 1,120 gallons per day (2.8 Equivalent Dwelling Units). The Sewage Facilities Planning Module for this sewage treatment facility is available for public review at the Lincoln Borough Office. Comments will be accepted for thirty (30) days following the date of this public notice and may be sent to Lincoln Borough, 45 Abe's Way, Elizabeth, PA 15037.
