Solicitation for Bids for the Community College of Beaver County Landscaping projects consisting of landscaping, paving, signage and associated general construction. There are four separate bid packages: General Construction Bid Package, Paving Resurfacing Bid Package, Landscaping Bid Package and Signage Bid Package. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the CCBC main campus site, 1 Campus Drive, Monaca, PA 15061, on Wednesday, June 8, at 10:00 a.m., in the Learning Resources Center, Room 9103. Sealed bids will be received at the office of Pashek Associates, 619 East Ohio Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15212 on or before Monday, June 20, 2016, at 10 a.m. Bid packages are available through Accu-Copy Reprographics (724) 935-7055) (herein referred to as the Bidding Service).
