THE City of Pittsburgh Office of Management and Budget on behalf of City Council District 2 is seeking proposals from qualified firms for coordination of social services across the district for neighborhoods located south and west of Downtown across the Monongahela and Ohio Rivers. The District is home to many historic and long-standing neighborhoods as well as fast growing areas with many new business opportunities.
