TO HEAR THE FOLLOWING CASE: CASE NO. 15-07 - The applicants Leanne and William Rakers, are requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 776, under TABLE A, for a garage that would encroach into the required rear yard setback by approximately 10' on property located at 5025 S. Pioneer Road. CASE NO. 15-08 - The applicants, Christopher and Lena Clary, are requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 776, under ARTICLE 310-69, SECTION B, and TABLE A, for an existing deck that encroaches into the required side yard setback by approximately 2" and a fence in the front yard that exceeds the height limit by approximately 1' 11" on property located at 4406 Winchester Drive.
