O F F I C I A L MT. LEBANON, PENNSYLVANIA The Zoning Hearing Board of Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania will hold a public hearing in the Commission Chambers of the Mt. Lebanon Municipal Building, 710 Washington Road on Thursday evening, August 20, 2015, at 7:30 p.m., (prevailing time). APPEAL NO. 1726 OWNER: Craig Cozza, 215 Boyds Run Road , Presto, Pennsylvania 15142 APPELLANT: CE-Acquisitions II, LP, PO Box 453 , Carnegie, Pennsylvania 15106 LOCATION: 1701 Cochran Road, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15243 The appellant is requesting a variance to Ordinance No. 2636, Chapter XX, and the following sections: 302.2.19 Restaurants operating between the hours of 6 AM and 11 PM, including accessory outdoor seating/assembly areas but excluding Drive-Thru facilities. Subject to additional requirements for specified Uses in §621. And Chapter XX Part IX Nonconformities The applicant is requesting variances to these zoning sections to permit an existing drive -thru previously permitted for a bank to be utilized for a new/proposed restaurant. A drive-thru for restaurants within the C-1 Neighborhood Commercial District is prohibited. The property is zoned C-1 Neighborhood Commercial District. The application for this request was received by the Chief Inspector and it was determined that the matter should properly come before the Zoning Hearing Board.
