OFFICIAL BOROUGH OF FRANKLIN PARK NOTICE TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council of the Borough of Franklin Park, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, at a regular meeting to be held August 19, 2015, at 8:00 p.m. prevailing local time, at the Franklin Park Municipal Building, 2344 West Ingomar Road, intends to consider the following: (1) Subdivision Application SPF-15-05-01 filed by Deer Valley Associates, LP for preliminary and final subdivision approval for Deer Valley Estates, an 18-lot subdivision with 5 lots to be located in the Borough of Franklin Park off of Blackburn Heights Drive in the R-1 zoning district and 13 lots to be located in Ohio Township; and (2) Subdivision Application SPF-15-05-02 filed by Flash Point Partners for preliminary and final subdivisiion approval for Oak Grove, a 40-lot townhouse subdivision on Georgetown Drive in the R-4 zoning district. The applications may be examined in the Building Inspection/Zoning office, during regular business hours.
