NOTICE is hereby given that a Certificate of Authority to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania under the provisions of the Pennsylvania Business Corporation Law of 1988 was granted by the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on April 5, 2016 to Pensiamo, Inc., a foreign corporation formed under the laws of the State of Delaware, where its principal office is located at 2711 Centerville Road, Suite 400, Wilmington, DE 19808. The registered office in Pennsylvania shall be deemed for venue and official publication purposes to be located in Allegheny County.
