OFFICIAL BOROUGH OF JEFFERSON HILLS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing of the Zoning Hearing Board will be held in Council Chambers of the Municipal Center, 925 Old Clairton Road, Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania 15025 on Tuesday, May 17, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. prevailing time, for a hearing before the Zoning Hearing Board. Appeal No. ZN-7-2016 William N. & Jane A. Ondo, 1418 Council Place, Jefferson Hills, PA 15025, lot & block 881-E-5, are requesting a variance to Zoning Ordinance 712, Section 201.2.f - Side Yard Setbacks of 10 feet are required. The property is zoned R-1, Residential Agricultural District. The appellants wish to build a deck that would measure 12'x32' around an existing pool that would expand into the required 10-foot side yard setback by 2 feet; therefore they are requesting a 2-foot variance.
