TOWNSHIP OF WILKINS PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT PROPOSED ORDINANCE NUMBER 1064 The Board of Commissioners of the Township of Wilkins will consider adoption of the following ordinance at a public meeting to be held on the 25th day of April 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 110 Peffer Road, Wilkins Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. PROPOSED ORDINANCE #1064 TITLE AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WILKINS, COUNTY OF ALLEGHENY AND COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA AMENDING THE CODIFIED BOOK OF ORDINANCES, PART II, CHAPTER 124, PROPERTY MAINTENANCE, TO PROVIDE FOR THE ADOPTION OF THE 2015 INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE, COPYRIGHT 2014 BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE COUNCIL, INCORPORATED. SUMMARY The proposed ordinance adopts the 2015 International Property Maintenance Code and repeals the 2009 International Property Maintenance code.
