Official Action-Housing, Inc. Contractors for the Weatherization Assistance Program For Weatherization and Furnace Work Action-Housing, Inc., designated subcontractor for the Weatherization Assistance Program in Allegheny County, City of Pittsburgh, Washington County and Greene County is soliciting contractors for the Weatherization Program. The program is funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development (D.C.E.D.). Weatherization contractors shall be able to perform energy reduction measures required by program guidelines and must have all required certifications; Weatherization furnace contractors must have all required certifications for installation and repair of various heating systems in a home including energy reduction measures.
