BOROUGH OF JEFFERSON HILLS ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA NOTICE OF FINAL ENACTMENT OF ORDINANCE NO. 855 IN RE NON-ELECTORAL DEBT AUTHORIZATION FOR BOROUGH OF JEFFERSON HILLS, PENNSYLVANIA GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, SERIES OF 2016 Notice of final enactment of Ordinance No. 855, enacted March 14, 2016, by the Council of the Borough of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania (the "Borough") is hereby given. The Ordinance was amended during final passage by the inclusion of the following provisions: 1. Section 3 was amended to provide for the minimum and the maximum purchase price of the Bonds. 2. Section 6 was amended to provide for the appointment of The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as paying agent and registrar for the Bonds. 3. Various other matters in connection with the issuance and sale of the Bonds were also adopted, including deletion of reference to the Projects. 4. The price for the Bonds was fixed at not less than 95% of the par amount of the Bonds, nor more than 120% of the par amount of the Bonds, inclusive of net original issue discount or premium and underwriter's discount. The maximum interest rates (yields) approved for the Bonds is 5.5%, as more fully set forth in the parameters tables attached to the Ordinance as Schedule A. A copy of the final text of the Ordinance may be examined by any citizen between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., prevailing time, on regular business days at the Office of the Secretary of the Borough, 925 Old Clairton Road, Jefferson Hills, PA 15025.
