MASONRY REPAIRS at VARIOUS BLDGS The North Allegheny School District is receiving bids on the following Contracts; Replacement of the Storm Water Piping at NAI - General Masonry Repairs at Various Bldgs. - General North Allegheny School District, the Owner, will receive separate sealed Bids for the construction Contracts on the above Project until the time and date and at the place scheduled below. The Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Conference Room of the Facilities/Transportation Offices. The clock in the Conference Room will determine prevailing time for receipt of bids. The District invites interested parties to attend. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting for the Storm Water Piping at NAI on April 1, 2016 at 1 pm. All interested parties should meet at the Facilities Department. A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 per set is required for all projects and must be in the form of a corporate, or business check made payable to "North Allegheny School District" and brought to the Facilities Department at North Allegheny School District Facilities/Transportation Office. If the bidding documents are to be mailed the deposit amount will be $75.00 for all projects. A Bid Security in the amount of 10 percent must accompany each Bid in accordance to the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Bid received. Bids will be received from Bidders who have registered with North Allegheny School District Facilities Department and purchased a complete set of Bidding Documents as a Prime Bidder.
