OFFICIAL NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF HAMPTON THE ZONING HEARING BOARD WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON TUESDAY MARCH 22, 2016 AT 7:30 PM, AT THE MUNICIPAL BLDG. TO HEAR THE FOLLOWING CASES: CASE NO. 16-01 - The applicants, Ronald & Renee Johns, are requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 776, under TABLE A, for an addition that would encroach on the required total side setback by approximately 5' on property located at 3122 Harts Run Road. CASE NO. 16-02 - The co-applicants, Greg & Leah Purnell and Shane & Christina Pryal, are requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 776, under ARTICLE 11, SECTION 310-72 (A) for a fence located at 4674 Windward Court that would connect to an existing fence located on 4668 Windward Court, thereby encroaching into the required 1' setback on both properties. CASE NO. 16-03 - The applicants, Isaiah & Bonita Readie, are requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 776, under TABLE A, for an existing deck that encroaches into the required setback from the Royal View Drive right-of-way by approximately 5' on property located at 2543 Royal View Drive. CASE NO. 16-04 - The applicants, Paul & Leah Ohodnicki, are requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 776, under ARTICLE XI, SECTION 310-75 (C), PARAGRAPH 3, and TABLE A, for an existing shed that encroaches into the required side setback by approximately 20' on property located at 4012 Gwynedd Drive.
