TOWNSHIP OF HAMPTON NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed proposals will be received by the Township of Hampton on Monday, March 14, 2016 for: The rental of construction equipment for as-needed construction/drainage work including backhoes, air compressor, excavators, rollers, dozer, skid steer, graders, highlifts, front loaders and trucks with and without snow plows and cleaning equipment for sanitary or storm sewers, including jet/vactor truck and TV, on roads, streets, alleys, parks and other public areas and property at diverse times and after 48 hours notice. All proposals must be made on proposal forms furnished by the Township of Hampton and may be obtained at the office of the Municipal Manager of the Township of Hampton, W. Christopher Lochner, 3101 McCully Road, Allison Park, PA 15101. Each proposal must be in the hands of W. Christopher Lochner, Municipal Manager, 3101 McCully Road, Allison Park, PA 15101 on or before 10:00 a.m. prevailing time, March 14, 2016, and the same will be publicly opened and read at that time in the Hampton Township Municipal Meeting Room. A possible award may be made at the Township Council meeting scheduled to be held Wednesday, March 23, 2016, 7:30 p.m. If more time is necessary for the ascertainment of the lowest responsible bidder, Township Council reserves the right to award the bid at a later date. Such date would be publicly announced at the regular Council meeting to be held 7:30 p.m., March 23, 2016. The Township of Hampton reserves the right to reject any or all bids, for any reason. W.
