PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT Separate and sealed proposals will be received by The Municipal Authority of the Borough of West View, at our Distribution Center located at 2428 Rochester Road, Franklin Park Borough, Sewickley, PA 15143, until 2:00 P.M., prevailing time, Tuesday, August 11, 2015, and opened and read at that time for the following: Replacement of 830' of 8" and 15' of 4" C900, PVC water main along Wilson Drive, Ben Avon Heights, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Specifications and plans are available to prequalified bidders at the Distribution Center of the Authority located at 2428 Rochester Road, Franklin Park Borough, Sewickley, PA 15143. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or certified check in favor of the Municipal Authority of the Borough of West View, in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the conditions of the contract in case of award.
