BOROUGH OF GREEN TREE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE BE ADVISED that a public hearing will be held on Monday evening, February 25, 2016 that will commence at 7:00 p.m. prevailing time at the Green Tree Municipal Center located at 10 W.Manilla Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15220 for the following applicant: ZHB-01-2016 Applicant, Bruce Bourne, agent for the owner of property located at 952 Noblestown Rd known as Robertson's Heating Supply, is requesting a variance from the following section of the Borough of Green Tree Codified Ordinances in order to construct an addition to the building when the number of parking spaces for the business does not meet the Ordinance requirements: 1. Chapter 420, Article XXIV, Paragraph 420-204 which requires 83 parking spaces for the current use of the building, including the proposed addition, when there will be 20 provided.
