REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR SCHOOL FOOD SERVICE Beaver Area School District is requesting proposals for contracted school food services beginning July 1, 2016. The Food Service Management Company will provide services according to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)regulations and guidelines, as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Education policies and guidelines. The RFP may be obtained by calling Mr. John Hynes at 724-774-0250 ext. 5201. A mandatory pre bid walk-through meeting is scheduled for March 22, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at the District Central Office, 1300 Fifth Street (Lower level), Beaver, Pa. 15009. And will continue on to two elementary schools. Proposals should be clearly marked Food Service Proposals and delivered in a sealed envelope to Beaver Area School District Mr. John Hynes 1300 Fifth Street Beaver, Pa. 15009 no later than 3:00 P.M. on April 5, 2016 when they will be opened in public on April 6, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at the District Central Office.
