School District of Pittsburgh Finance Division-Worker's Compensation 341 South Bellefield Avenue Pittsburgh, PA 15213-3516 Request for Proposals Re-pricing of Workers' Compensation Medical Billing And Telephonic First Notice of Injury Services The School District is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified firms who have the ability to re-price workers' compensation medical bills and provide telephonic first notice of injury services. The Request for Proposals may be obtained from the Finance Division, 341 South Bellefield Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15213 or from the District's web page at http://www.pps.k12.pa.us/domain/239 One (1) original and four (4) copies of the proposal shall be prepared and submitted to the School District in such form as is set forth in the RFP by Noon on Friday, March 11, 2016.
