Triggs, 623 Center Avenue, Lot & Block 280-E-103; requesting a variance from the West View Zoning Code of Ordinances. The applicant is planning to operate a research center. ZHB Appeal #02-2016 - Applicant: Charles Graham, 106 Montclair Avenue, Lot & Block 350-S-232; requesting a variance from the West View Zoning Code of Ordinances. The applicant is requesting to have his existing enclosed deck approved as a three season room.
