SEALED proposals will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, 500 5th Avenue, Municipal Building, McKeesport, PA 15132 until 10:00 a.m., prevailing time Friday, February 26, 2016 for FIREWORKS. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid payable to the City of McKeesport. Complete information, specifications, etc. may be obtained from the Department of Public Works, 500 5th Avenue, McKeesport, PA 15132. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
