INVITATION TO BID TOWNSHIP OF O'HARA Sealed bids for the following contract will be received at the office of the Township Manager, 325 Fox Chapel Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15238, until 4:00 p.m., prevailing time, on March 1, 2016. 1. Grass Mowing and Related Services Bids will be opened and read aloud at a public meeting of Township Council at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, March 1, 2016. A pre-bid conference will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at the Township building. Complete specifications and bid forms may be obtained from the Township Manager's office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
