LEGAL NOTICE WHITE OAK BOROUGH Council of the Borough of White Oak hereby gives notice that it intends to enact at a Regular Meeting on February 15, 20165 at 8:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building, Ordinances, the title of which is referenced below: DELCARING THE OPERATION OF AN ENGINE BRAKE INSTALLED UPON OR IN A GASOLINE POWERED OR DIEESEL POWERED MOTOR VEHCILE NOT EQUIPPED WITH EXHAUST MUFFLERS OR EQUIPPED WITH INOPERABLE OR MODIFIED EXHAUST MUFFLERS SO AS TO PERMIT THE CREATION OF EXCESSIVE NOISE THROUGH THE EMPLOYMENT OF SAID ENGINE BRAKE TO BE A NUISANE IN FACT; ESTABLISHING PENALTIEIS FOR THE VIOLATION OF SAID ORDINANCE AND ESTABLISHING EXCEPTIONS OT THE ENFORCMETN OF SAID ORDINANCE IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS, SAID ORDINANCE TO APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING ROUTES: A copies of the proposed ordinance is on file with the Borough Secretary and may be examined in the Secretary's office at the Municipal Building, 2280 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA, during normal business hours.
