THE City of Pittsburgh, Office of the Controller is seeking an electronic payment (E-Payables) solution that will allow vendors to receive electronic payments instead of paper checks after submitting invoices to the City for payment. Interested parties may obtain a copy for the Request for Proposal (RFP) at the City Controller's Office, 1st Floor City-County Building, 414 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, or by emailing anthony.dabruzzo@pittsburghpa.gov. Responses will be accepted until Friday, March 4, 2016, at 4 PM EST.
