TOWNSHIP OF WILKINS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Wilkins Township Board of Commissioners shall hold a public hearing on Monday, February 8, 2016 beginning at 6:45 PM at the Irene J. Pohl Municipal Building, 110 Peffer Road, Turtle Creek, PA 15145 for the purpose of hearing public comments on FF Property Holdings' request for a modification from the sidewalk provisions of the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance. The requested modification would eliminate the requirement to construct a sidewalk paralleling William Penn Highway beginning at 3475 William Penn Highway and heading east to the existing property line at the Hall Station Bridge. The Wilkins Township Planning Commission recommended that the Board of Commissioners approve the modification because there is no sidewalk on the northern side of the Hall Station Bridge.
