RIGGING & MPT SERVICES FOR JEROME STREET BRIDGE INSPECTION, MCKEESPORT, PA HDR has been contracted by PennDOT to perform the subject bridge inspection. Anticipated dates are in April 2016. HDR is requesting bids for rigging and MPT services. The Contractor must provide evidence of at least 10 years of experience on projects of similar size and complexity. Rigging access will involve underbridge inspection cranes, manlifts, and bucket trucks. Bids are due by 1PM, February 8, 2016 in HDR's Pittsburgh Office located at 11 Stanwix Street, Suite 800, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. HDR will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder. HDR reserves the right to reject any or all bids deemed not in conformance with the bid requirements.
