OFFICIAL NOTICE BOROUGH OF WEST VIEW The Town Council of the Borough of West View will hold a Special Meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 19, 2016. The purpose of the meeting is for Council to consider an appointment of a Council Member to fill a vacancy on Council.
