LEGAL NOTICE BALDWIN-WHITEHALL SCHOOL DISTRICT BID ADVERTISEMENT On Thursday, January 28, 2016, the Baldwin-Whitehall School District will open sealed bids for East Slope Repairs at Baldwin High School, 4653 Clairton Blvd., Pittsburgh, PA 15236. Bids will be received up to 11:00 A.M., at the Baldwin-Whitehall Administration Offices, to the attention of Mark Cherpak, Business Manager, 4900 Curry Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236. It is the intent of the Owner to enter into a single contract for the work. Bids shall conform with Contract Documents prepared by HHSDR Architects/Engineers, 40 Shenango Ave., Sharon, PA, 16146, and 201 Century Building, 130 Seventh St., Pittsburgh, PA, 15222. Bidders may obtain same from HHSDR at their Sharon office (724) 981-8820, upon refundable deposit of $100.00/set. Bids shall include a Bid Security Bond or Check, payable to Baldwin-Whitehall School District, in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, in accordance with Instructions to Bidders, as included in the Contract Documents. The Baldwin-Whitehall School District reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids, whichever is most advantageous to the Baldwin-Whitehall School District.
