OFFICIAL BOROUGH OF JEFFERSON HILLS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing of the Zoning Hearing Board will be held in Council Chambers of the Municipal Center, 925 Old Clairton Road, Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania 15025 on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at 7:15 p.m. or prevailing time, for a hearing before the Zoning Hearing Board. Appeal No. ZN-1-2016 TAO Real Estate, LP, Amy Olson, is requesting two (2) variances for their vacant property located at 2001 Oak Street, lot and block 881-P-276, Jefferson Hills, PA 15025. The property is zoned I-1, Planned Industrial District. The appellant is requesting a variance to Zoning Ordinance 712, Section 501.2.a.1 - Lot Size, minimum allowable size is 21,780 sq. ft., and Section 501.2.a.4 - Building Setback, minimum allowable setback is 35 ft. Appellant is requesting to be allowed to construct a 60'x60' warehouse on lot that is smaller than 21,780 sq. ft. and are requesting a 25' building line setback.
