Notice of Availability for Public Review, Comment and Public Hearing Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh Amendment to the 2016 Moving to Work Annual Plan The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) is proposing to amend its 2016 MTW Annual Plan. An amendment to the 2016 Moving to Work Annual Plan will be available for review from January 5 to February 3, 2016, at the HACP Executive Office, 200 Ross Street, 9th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA, 15219; the HACP Web Site www.hacp.org; and at HACP Management Offices. Copies of the draft annual plan and plan amendment may also be obtained by contacting the HACP Executive Office at 412-456-5012. HACP is seeking public review and comments on a proposed amendment to the FY 2016 MTW Annual Plan concerning HACP's plans to pursue funds for redevelopment of Bedford Dwellings through submitting an application for Choice Neighborhood Planning and Action Grant in 2016. The proposed amendment is incorporated in its entirety into the FY 2016 MTW Annual Plan through additional language referencing the application for the planning grant for future redevelopment of Bedford Dwellings. Written comments for the Amendment to the 2016 Annual Plan must be addressed to MTW Annual Plan Comments at the address above and must be received by close of business (5:00 p.m.) on February 3, 2016. Public hearings to receive comments will be held on Friday, January 22, 2016, at 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. at 200 Ross St., 9th floor HACP Board Room.
