NOTICE is hereby given that Articles of Incorporation were filed with the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in Harrisburg, on the 17th day of December, 2015, for the purpose of obtaining a Certificate of Incorporation for a non profit corporation which was organized under the Business Corporation Law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania approved December 21, 1988, Act 177. The name of the corporation is Santa's Kids, Inc., 4711 Lolly Drive, Monroeville, PA 15146, a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation, effective January 1, 2016.
