PLUM BOROUGH SCHOOL DISTRICT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - The District is requesting proposals for E-RATE CATEGORY II NETWORK ELECTRONICS. Interested parties must contact the RFP manager at metaylor@epicinc.org for information and bid documents. SEALED bids will be received no later than JANUARY 15, 2016 at 2:00PM. The DISTRICT reserves the right to refuse any and all bids, or parts thereof, or items therein, and to waive any technicalities or informalities in bidding. No bid or part, or parts thereof, or items therein, shall be withdrawn for a period of 90 days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Owner, except as permitted by law.
