TO HEAR THE FOLLOWING CASES: CASE NO. 15-11 - The applicant, IKM Inc., is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 776, under ARTICLE XIV, SECTION 310-89 D, PARAGRAPH 3, and ARTICLE IX, SECTION 310-44 C, PARAGRAPH 1, for a medical office building that would exceed the maximum height limit by approximately 8', as well as for a wall sign that would be erected higher than normally allowed, on property located at 4480 Mt. Royal Blvd. CASE NO. 15-12 - The applicant, Dennis J. Schlegel, is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 776, under ARTICLE X, SECTION 310-58 D; ARTICLE XIV, SECTION 310-87 C; and ARTICLE XIV, SECTION 310-87 B, SUBSECTION (1), for a freestanding sign that is located within a sanitary sewer easement, would encroach on the required setback from street right-of-way by approximately 5', and would have a dynamic display that exceeds the maximum allowable size by approximately 10% on property located at 4731 Route 8.
