OFFICIAL ROSS TOWNSHIP NOTICE The regular meeting of the Ross Township Zoning Hearing Board will be held at the Ross Township Municipal Building, 1000 Ross Municipal Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. to review the following applications: ZHB-20-15 Ed Slagel requesting a 480-square-foot dimensional variance to Chapter 27, Part 9, Section 906.D(1)(d) for a residential accessory structure on property located at 163 Buehner Drive in an R-1 Zoning District of the 8th Ward. ZHB-21-15 LRC Development Company LLC requesting the following variances to Chapter 27: Part 9, Section 908-Dimensional Regulations-lot coverage and rear setback line at dumpster and wall; Part 14, Section 1403-Buffer Yards-rear property line / adjacent residential; Part 15, Section 1502-Design Standards- parking stall dimensions for the bank site; and Section 1503- Perimeter Requirements for Vehicular Use Areas-retaining wall along common access road-McKnight Circle and proposed property line along centerline of common access road-McKnight Road on property located at 7451 and 7475 McKnight Road in a C-1 Zoning District of the 8th Ward. ZHB-22-15 Brian Sheerin requesting the following variances to Chapter 27: Part 9, Section 908, for a 5 foot reduction in rear setback; Part 14, Section 1403.H.(2) for a 15 foot variance to the required buffer yard between residential and C-2 Zoning Districts; Part 9, Section 906.E.(3) for a 3 space reduction in the required 8 parking space requirement; and a determination requested to confirm that a setback is a rear yard and not a front yard on vacant property located on Rochester Road (280-C-282 & 254) in a C-2 Zoning District of the 3rd Ward. ZHB-23-15 Brian & Holly Collins requesting a variance to Chapter 27, Part 9, Section 906.D.(1) regarding placement of a storage shed on property located at 104 Provan Place in an R-1 Zoning District of the 5th Ward.
