THE Zoning Hearing Board of Bethel Park will consider applications regarding the following matters: (1) fence variance from Section 69.25.1.7C, 5369 Park Avenue, David & Dina Fisfis, (2) variance from Section 69.8.2 for allowable floor area for detached garage structure, Tax Parcel: 775-D-42 - Corner of McMurray Road & Limestone Drive, Lancaster Land LP/Clover. A hearing on these matters will be held on Monday, December 7, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building at 5100 West Library Avenue.
