No. 15-1306 NOTICE OF FILING OF COMPLAINT FOR EXONERATION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Campbell Transportation Company, Inc. ("Campbell") has filed with the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania a complaint pursuant to the Vessel Owners Limitation of Liability Act ("VOLLA"), 46 U.S.C. § 30501 et seq. and Rule F of the Supplemental Rules for Admiralty or Maritime Claims and Asset Forfeiture Actions of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (the "Supplemental Rules"), in which Campbell asserts the right to exoneration from or limitation of liability for any and all claims, losses, damages, or injuries occasioned or incurred by any person, company, or other entity arising from or related to, directly or indirectly, the breakaway or sinking of Barge CTC 961 that occurred on March 4, 2015, at or about mile 11.64 of the Monongahela River. All persons, companies, and other entities having any claim(s) arising out of the above-described alleged incident must, as required by Rule F of the Supplemental Rules, file a claim with the clerk of the court at U.S. Courthouse 700 Grant Street Pittsburgh, PA 15219, and must further personally serve or mail copies of such claim(s) to the attorneys for Campbell: Louis C. Long, Esq.; Thomas, Thomas & Hafer, LLP, at 525 William Penn Place Suite 3750 37th Floor Pittsburgh, PA 15219, on or before the 25th day of November, 2015, or be defaulted and forever barred and prohibited from filing any such claim(s). Personal attendance is not required. Any claimant wishing to contest the claims and allegations of Campbell as asserted in the above-described complaint must further file with the clerk of the court, at the address provided above, an answer to the complaint, as required by Rule F of the Supplemental Rules, and also personally serve or mail a copy of such answer upon the above-described attorneys for Campbell on or before the 25th day of November, 2015, or be defaulted and forever barred from filing such answer.
