PUBLIC NOTICE PRE-QUOTE CONFERENCE Date: Friday, November 13, 2015 Title: Title III Classroom Furniture R2 at West Virginia Wesleyan College West Virginia Wesleyan College gives public notice that a Pre-Quote Conference for the above-referenced project will be held as follows: Friday, November 13, 2015 2:00pm Lobby of Rockefeller Center West Virginia Wesleyan College 59 College Avenue Buckhannon, WV 26201 Attendance at this meeting is required of all vendors interested in submitting a quote. The purpose of this meeting and site visit is to familiarize the proposers with the site. Attendance at this meeting is limited to two (2) supplier representatives only. WVWC is issuing this Invitation for Quotes to encourage qualified vendors to submit quotes for furniture for classroom spaces. The scope of work includes furniture and installation. This project is funded through a grant from the US Department of Education, therefore certain Federal regulations apply.
