LEGAL NOTICE MT. LEBANON, PENNSYLVANIA ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA NOTICE OF FINAL ENACTMENT OF ORDINANCE NO. 3271 IN RE DEBT AUTHORIZATION FOR $9,620,000 MUNICIPALITY OF MT. LEBANON, PENNSYLVANIA, GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, REFUNDING SERIES OF 2015 Notice of final enactment of Ordinance No. 3271, enacted October 13, 2015, by the Commission of the Municipality of Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania (the "Municipality") is hereby given. The Ordinance was amended during final passage by the inclusion of the following provisions: 1. Section 4 was amended to provide for the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds. 2. Section 12 was amended to provide for the terms of optional redemption and mandatory redemption of Bonds. 3. Section 14 was amended to include the remaining estimated useful lives of the prior projects. 4. Pursuant to the accepted Purchase Proposal of PNC Capital Markets LLC, the price for the Bonds was fixed at 102.6% of the par amount of the Bonds, inclusive of net original issue discount or premium and underwriter's discount. The interest rates (yields) approved for the Bonds were from .650% for the August 1, 2017 maturity to 2.30% for the August 1, 2025 maturity, as more fully set forth in the Purchase Proposal attached to the Ordinance as Schedule A. The purchase price in the successful Purchase Proposal is $9,870,662.60. 5. Various other matters in connection with the issuance and sale of the Bonds were also adopted. A copy of the final text of the Ordinance may be examined by any citizen between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., prevailing time, on regular business days at the office of the Municipality, 710 Washington Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15228.
