ALLEGHENY COUNTY COUNCIL 2016 OPERATING AND CAPITAL BUDGETS PUBLIC HEARINGS October 27-29, 2015 Fourth Floor, Gold Room County Court House 436 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 Allegheny County Council Committee on Budget & Finance will conduct public hearings in anticipation of preparing and adopting the 2016 County Operating and Capital Budgets. The schedule is as follows: Tuesday, October 27, 5:00 p.m., IndependentlyElectedOffices/Courts Wednesday, October 28, 5:00 p.m., General Government Operations Thursday, October 29, 5:00 p.m., Port Authority / CCAC Members of the public wishing to address Council must register with the Chief Clerk. Hard copies are available at the Office of the County Council, Room 119, Allegheny County Courthouse, 436 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA. 15219. The time reserved for Public Testimony is scheduled from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on October 27, 28, and 29. Each registered speaker will be allotted a maximum of three (3) minutes. Persons wishing to submit written testimony may do so at the hearings, or it may be presented to the Chief Clerk at Room 119 of the Courthouse, or e-mailed to Council@AlleghenyCounty.us. Written testimony will be accepted through Friday, November 6, 2015.
